Facebook & Instagram advertising for online stores

Ads that feel as well-run as your store.

Harbortide Digital is a small, independent agency that plans, builds and manages Facebook and Instagram campaigns for e-commerce brands. We keep the structure tidy, test creative on purpose, and report in plain language so you always know what is running and why.

You keep ownership of your ad account. You pay the platform directly for ad spend.

Services

Four things we do well, for stores that sell online.

Each service can stand alone or fit together as an ongoing retainer. We scope the work in writing before anything goes live.

Product launch campaigns

A launch plan built around your offer, your calendar and your stock, not a template.

  • Audience and offer mapping
  • Pre-launch, launch and follow-up phases
  • Budget pacing plan you approve first

Catalog & retargeting setup

Get your product feed, catalog and retargeting audiences organized so ads show the right items to the right visitors.

  • Catalog and feed review
  • Viewed, carted and past-buyer audiences
  • Exclusions to avoid wasted impressions

Creative testing

A steady rhythm of tests so you learn which images, videos, hooks and offers your customers respond to.

  • One variable at a time, clearly labeled
  • Briefs for static, video and carousel
  • Learnings written down, not lost

Measurement guidance & reporting

We help you check that your tracking is set up sensibly and give you reports you can read in five minutes.

  • Pixel and conversion setup guidance
  • Weekly notes, monthly review call
  • Plain-language summaries with next steps
How it works

How a campaign comes together.

A steady five-step flow, from first chat to ongoing refinement. Timing depends on your catalog, assets and approvals.

  1. Intro call

We learn your products, margins, seasonality and what you have tried before. You tell us what a good quarter looks like.

  2. Account & tracking review

You grant us access through the platform's permission settings. We review the ad account, pixel, catalog and domain setup and list what needs fixing.

  3. Plan & creative briefs

A written plan covers structure, audiences, test priorities and creative briefs. Nothing launches until you approve it.

  4. Build & launch

We build the campaigns, check the ads against the platform's advertising policies, and go live in the order we agreed.

  5. Report & refine

Weekly notes, a monthly review, and a short list of what we will test next. Winning ideas are scaled carefully, weak ones retired.

Who we help

Online stores at three different moments.

New direct-to-consumer brands

You have a first product line and a clean store, and you need a sensible foundation: account structure, tracking, a first round of creative and a small, controlled budget to learn from.

Established online stores

Your store already sells, but the ad account has grown messy. We tidy campaigns, rebuild catalog and retargeting layers, and set up a creative testing routine.

Marketplace sellers moving to their own site

You sell on a marketplace and want to build direct customer relationships. We help you plan the launch of your own storefront and the audiences that go with it.

Not sure which fits? Tell us about your store and we will say honestly whether we are the right help. If we are not, we will say so.

FAQ

Straight answers to the usual questions.

Who owns the ad account and business assets?

You do. Your ad account, Business Manager, pixel, catalog, pages and creative assets stay yours. We work through the platform's own permission settings, and you can remove our access at any time. Please never share your passwords with us or anyone else.

Who pays for the ads?

You pay the advertising platform directly with your own payment method. Ad spend is separate from our service fees, and we never hold or handle your ad budget.

Can you guarantee sales or results?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your product, price, offer, website, season, competition and many things outside our control. We can promise careful work, clear communication and honest reporting.

Can you guarantee my ads will be approved?

No. Meta makes its own review decisions under its own advertising policies. We build ads with those policies in mind and help you respond to rejections, but approval is never ours to promise.

Do you rent ad accounts or work around platform policies?

No. We do not rent, lend or sell ad accounts, and we do not use cloaking or any method meant to get around platform rules. If a plan only works by breaking the rules, we will not do it.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your store link, a short description of your products and goals, and a rough sense of monthly ad budget. Access and assets come later, after we agree scope in writing.

What should I not put in my first email?

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or customer lists. We will never need them to start a conversation, and we will explain the safe way to share anything else when the time comes.

How long do engagements last?

It depends on the scope in your written agreement. Some clients want a launch project, others an ongoing monthly arrangement. We will talk through which suits you.

Tell us about your store.

Send a short note and we will reply by email, usually within a couple of business days.
